4. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in USD (DOLLARS). We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method.

When placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount in cash upon delivery, including any applicable shipping fees. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready to make the process quick and hassle-free.

5. Orders and Cancellations

Once you place an order, delivery will take 2-4 business days. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 5 hours of placing your order. After this time, cancellations are not possible as the order will be prepared for delivery. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or incorrect information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver exclusively within Lebanon, with standard delivery times of 2-4 business days.
  • A $3 shipping fee applies to all orders.
  • For express same-day delivery, a $6 delivery fee will apply.
  • For exchanges, an additional $3 delivery fee will apply.
  • Each order is eligible for only one exchange.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within 2 days of receiving your item. Refunds are not offered. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Each item can only be exchanged once. A $3 delivery fee applies to exchanged items. Each order is eligible for only one exchange.

8. Limitation of Liability

At PLATINUM PACE, we are committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. While we do our best to ensure accurate product details and timely delivery, unexpected factors like shipping delays may happen. We will always try to resolve any issues within our policies, but please note that we are not responsible for events beyond our control.
